At Boris Artwork, we take great care to ensure every artwork arrives safely and exactly as described. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms below.

 

 

 

1. Eligibility

 

 

  • Original Paintings – All sales are final. Returns are not accepted for original paintings except in cases of damage in transit or loss during shipment.

  • Prints – Returns are accepted if the item arrives damaged in transit or is lost during shipment. Prints that are undamaged and delivered as described are not eligible for return.

  • Custom Orders / Commissions – Non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances once production has begun.

 

 

 

 

2. Damage or Loss Claims

 

 

  • Any claim for damage or loss must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

  • Claims must include clear photographs of:

     

    • The damaged artwork

    • The packaging (including any visible damage to the box)

     

  • Failure to provide required documentation within 48 hours will void the claim.

  • If the carrier confirms loss in transit, you will be issued a refund per the terms below.

 

 

 

 

3. Refund Process

 

 

  • Approved refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • In the event of an approved return for a damaged print:

     

    • Return shipping will be covered by [Your Store Name] up to the cost of the original Standard shipping rate charged for your order.

    • You must use a trackable shipping method provided or approved by Boris Artwork.

     

  • Original paintings are not return-shipped unless specifically instructed in writing by Boris Artwork for insurance or claims purposes.

 

 

 

 

4. Non-Refundable Items

 

 

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged due to mishandling by the customer, or returned without prior written approval are not eligible for a refund.

  • Custom orders, commissions, and any items marked “Final Sale” are non-refundable.

  • Shipping upgrades (such as express or overnight services) are non-refundable.

  1. Your order number

  2. A description of the issue

  3. Required photographs as outlined above

 


We will respond within 2 business days to confirm eligibility and next steps.
