At Boris Artwork, we professionally pack and fully insure every shipment to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms below.

 

 

 

1. Processing Time

 

 

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 8-10 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

  • Custom orders or commissions will ship according to the timeline communicated during the ordering process.

 

 

 

 

2. Shipping Methods

 

 

  • Domestic (U.S.): Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority, depending on destination and package size.

  • International: Orders are shipped via UPS, DHL, FedEx, or USPS Priority International.

  • All shipments include full insurance and tracking (if provided by the shipping service). Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout once the order has shipped.

 

 

 

 

3. Shipping Rates

 

 

  • Continental U.S.:

     

    • Small Paintings (under 800g) → $25

    • Large Paintings (800g or more) → $45

     

  • Alaska & Hawaii:

     

    • Small Paintings (under 800g) → $35

    • Large Paintings (800g or more) → $55

     

  • Canada: $75

  • Europe/UK, Central America: $110

  • Australia/New Zealand: $140

  • Rest of World: $160

 

 

 

 

4. International Duties & Taxes

 


International buyers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees imposed by their country. Boris Artwork cannot mark shipments as “gift” or undervalue items for customs purposes.

 

 

 

5. Multiple Items

 

 

  • Multiple items in one order may ship together or separately at our discretion to ensure safe arrival.

  • In cases where items must ship separately, Boris Artwork covers any additional shipping costs beyond what was collected at checkout.

 

 

 

 

6. Delivery Issues

 

 

  • If tracking shows a package as “delivered” but you have not received it, contact us within 48 hours so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

  • Boris Artwork is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

 

 

 

 

7. Damage in Transit

 


See our Return & Refund Policy for instructions on filing a damage claim. All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with required photographs.
